Vastu Shastra depends on different energies which originates from universe and directly impact our home.
When a piece of land gets it boundary, it becomes the universe for the family residing in it. Every part of our life is profoundly laced with the design, decor and maintenance of our home. Vastu Shastra depends on different energies which originates from universe and directly impact our home. These energies have different attributes as per the direction. As per vedic vastu shastra any premise/ building is divided into 16 zones. In simple language we can call it 16 directions.
Each of these 16 zones carry their own attributes and effects. Each zone has specific elements and activities to be performed. The kind of objects placed their and kind of activities carried out their will affect the person and family.
16 zones and their ideal activities:
- North East – It gives clarity of mind and it is ideal place for Puja room or worship room.
- East North East – Its attribute is fun and recreation. It is ideal place to make family room.
- East –Its attribute is social associations. This is also ideal place for Living room.
- East South East – Attribute of this zone is anxiety and analysis. Its ideal place to make toilet.
- South East – Attribute of this zone is cash and liquidity. It is ideal place to make kitchen.
- South South East – This zone gives power and confidence. This is ideal place to make kitchen.
- South – This is the zone for relaxation and fame. It is a good place to have a bedroom.
- South South West – This is the zone for disposal and expenditure. Its ideal to have a toilet in this zone.
- South West – This is zone for relationship and skills. It is good place for study room
- West South West –The attribute of this zone is education and savings. This is the best place to have kids study room.
- West –This is the zone of profit and gains. One can have Living room, puja room here.
- West North –This is zone for depression. This is ideal place for toilet.
- North West – The attribute of this zone is support and banking. This is ideal place to have store / store room.
- North North East –The attribute of this zone is sex and attraction. This is a good place to have bed room.
- North – The attribute of this zone is wealth and opportunities. This is the good place to have kids bed room.
- North North East – Health and Immunity is the attribute of this zone. This is again a good place to have bed room.
